Do I always have to type my username and password again?
- A user password can be saved by checking the box next to the text Remember Password. For this option to function properly you must enable remembering cookies. It is also not necessary to type again the username and password even when for various reasons remembering cookies is not permitted - the browser allows remembering the username and password. This option however must be permitted in the browser itself.
  
  Setup in Internet Explorer 6: Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Autocomplete -> You must check the boxes Names and passwords of users in forms and Ask to remember passwords.
  
  Setup in Internet Explorer 7: Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Autocomplete -> Settings -> You must check the boxes Names and passwords of users in forms and Prompt me to save passwords.
  
  Setup in Mozilla/Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Security -> You must check the box Remember passwords.
  
  Setup in Safari:
  Edit -> Preferences -> Autofill -> You must check the box User names and passwords.
I typed my username and password, but I cannot get into the client section.
- Please check whether you have typed your username and password correctly. Username and password are case sensitive. One usual mistake is replacing the letters "y" and "z".
  If you still cannot login, contact Sales and Marketing at SITA. Validity of some passwords is tied to a concrete computer or network. In this case, access is only possible from this location.
